Who may use this platform
Access is restricted to adults. Posting requires an account, and some categories additionally require identity and age verification before a listing may be published.
What you may post
You are responsible for everything you publish, including that you hold the rights to any photographs you upload and that every person shown has consented to their use. Listings that break the prohibited content rules are removed and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Suspension and removal
Listings may be suspended or removed, and accounts suspended or closed, where these terms or the prohibited content rules are breached. Where content is removed it is retained for a defined period as a record of the decision.
Payments
Paid placements are described at the point of purchase. Refund rights vary by jurisdiction and are set out in the refund section of this page once counsel has approved the wording.
