Posting Rules
What a listing must contain, and what will get it rejected.
- How long does approval take?
- Listings in categories that require manual approval are reviewed in queue order, urgent safety matters first. You will see the status on your dashboard.
- Why was my listing rejected?
- Every rejection carries a written reason, shown on the listing in your dashboard. The most common causes are photographs you do not hold the rights to, contact details in the description rather than the contact fields, and text that breaches the prohibited content rules.
- Can I edit a published listing?
- Yes. Depending on configuration, a substantive edit may return the listing to review before the change goes live.
- Why do I need to verify my identity?
- Some categories require it before a listing can be published. Documents are stored separately from public media, are never publicly accessible, and every staff access to them is audited.
- What happens when my listing expires?
- It stops appearing publicly and moves to the expired tab on your dashboard, where you can renew it.
