What we collect

Account details, listing content, verification documents where a category requires them, payment records, and technical data including IP addresses recorded against posts, reports and sign-ins.

Verification documents

Identity and age verification documents are stored separately from public media, are never publicly accessible, and are viewable only by staff holding the specific permission that gates them. Every access is recorded in an audit trail.

Retention

Removed listings, moderation evidence and verification records are retained for a configured period. That period has to satisfy both evidence-preservation obligations and data-minimisation rules, which pull in opposite directions; the value in force for this deployment is set by counsel.
